Cancellation & Return Policy — xlfurnish

1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Canceling an Order Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours of payment, please contact us at support@xlfurnish.com and include:

  • Order number

  • Recipient name

  • Any additional relevant details

If the order has not yet shipped, we will stop the shipment and issue a full refund.

1.2 Canceling an Order After Shipment

If the order has already been shipped, we can attempt a package recall with the carrier.

  • A recall fee will apply.

  • Recalls are not always successful. We recommend monitoring the tracking information and refusing delivery if the package arrives.

Once the package is successfully returned to our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days.

Important: Cancellations and changes are only confirmed once approved by our customer service team.

2. Refusing Delivery

If a package is refused without prior authorization, you may be responsible for additional shipping and handling fees. If the refusal is due to damage or defects, please take photos and contact us first so we can assist you properly.

3. Faulty or Damaged Products

Please inspect your items carefully upon delivery. If you notice:

  • missing parts

  • defects

  • damage

  • the wrong item delivered

contact us within 48 hours with photos or a short video showing the issue (product, packaging, and shipping labels).

Reporting issues within 30 days of delivery ensures faster resolution.

Note: We do not cover repair costs from unauthorized service providers.

4. Return Policy (30 Days)

If an item doesn’t fit your home or expectations, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify, the item must be:

  • In brand‑new condition

  • Not installed or assembled

  • Unused

  • In its original packaging

  • Including all accessories

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Customized or made‑to‑order products

  • Offline purchases or parts not listed on our website

  • Items marked “Non‑returnable”

  • Bundled sets (unless returned in full)

  • Assembled or disassembled items

  • Items returned after 30 days

Exception: If the item arrives damaged or defective, these exclusions do not apply.

Original Packaging Requirement

If the original packaging is missing, a $45 repackaging fee per item will apply.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrect items: xlfurnish covers return shipping and provides a prepaid label.

  • All other cases (buyer’s remorse, wrong size/color, order shipped before cancellation, etc.): Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

6. How to Return an Item

  1. Log in to your xlfurnish account.

  2. Go to My Orders, select the item, and click Return.

  3. Choose the reason and submit your request.

  4. Once approved, download the return label.

  5. Repack the item with all original components.

  6. Ship the package using the provided label.

If you do not have an account, contact us to receive your return label.

7. Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 7 business days. Refunds are processed to the original payment method. If the original method is unavailable, we can issue a store credit.

8. Missing Package

If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, email us with:

  • Order number

  • Tracking number

We will investigate the shipment status and assist you promptly.

9. Protection Services (If Applicable)

Any optional shipping or warranty protection purchased at checkout is provided by third‑party partners and follows their terms. These services are non‑refundable after 24 hours from order fulfillment.
