Shipping Costs & Tax

1. Free Standard Shipping

xlfurnish offers Free Standard Shipping on all items, with no minimum purchase required.

2. Sales Tax

xlfurnish collects sales tax in all U.S. states where it is legally required. Sales tax is calculated based on:

  • Shipping destination

  • State and local tax regulations

  • Applicable county or city tax rates

If your state does not impose sales tax, you may still see tax applied if your order ships to a state where tax collection is mandatory.

Your final invoice will reflect the accurate tax amount at the time your payment is processed.

3. Tax‑Exempt Customers

If you are a tax‑exempt organization or reseller, you may submit your exemption documentation to support@xlfurnish.com for review and approval.

4. Optional Protection Services

While shipping is free, any optional services selected at checkout—such as shipping protection, damage coverage, or return protection—are billed separately. These services are provided by third‑party partners and follow their own terms and conditions.

Shipping Locations

1. Service Area

xlfurnish ships to addresses within the continental United States.

2. Excluded Locations

We currently do not ship to:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • Puerto Rico

  • Guam

  • APO / FPO / DPO addresses

  • PO Boxes

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using trusted national carriers, including:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • USPS

Depending on product size and destination, we may also use reliable regional carriers or freight partners to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

Shipping & Delivery Estimates

Processing Time

We ship in‑stock items as quickly as possible—typically same day or next business day. Orders paid by credit card are usually processed within 24 hours.

Transit Time

Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items or items shipping from different warehouses, you may receive separate shipments.

Delays

Severe weather, carrier issues, or force majeure events may cause delays. We will process your order as soon as conditions allow.

Unfulfilled Shipments

If a shipment does not dispatch within 8 business days after label creation, you may request:

  • Order cancellation, or

  • A partial refund

Damaged Shipments

xlfurnish takes great care to ensure products arrive safely. If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Report the issue within 3 business days of delivery.

  2. Upload photos or a short video showing:

    • The damage

    • Packaging

    • Shipping labels

  3. Submit your claim through My Orders or contact support.

This documentation helps us process your replacement or refund quickly.

Order Tracking

For every order, you will receive:

1. Order Confirmation Email

Sent immediately after purchase, confirming your order details.

2. Shipping Confirmation Email

Sent once your order ships, including:

  • Carrier name

  • Tracking number

  • Shipment date

  • Order status

You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Track Your Order Anytime

Log in to your xlfurnish account to view real‑time updates on all your orders.

Important Notes

  1. Verify your shipping address before payment. We ship to the address provided at checkout.

  2. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for unwanted items or incorrect orders once the order has shipped.

  3. Weight‑based shipping method:

    • Items under 150 lbs ship via UPS/FedEx/USPS

    • Items over 150 lbs ship via freight truck delivery
